Eastwood of Barrington is a tight-knit community of 56 single family homes located in Lake County adjacent to Citizens' Park. This community was developed in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Residents engage in various social events including a progressive dinner, chili cook-off, egg hunt, block party and more. Eastwood is a friendly family community near the heart of downtown Barrington.
Eastwood HOAThe Neighborhood Association maintains the common property along Lake Cook Road, the neighborhood entrance, and the pond area. The current board members are Jim Lechowicz, President; Robert Finley, Treasurer; Tarek Koch, Director; John Nelson, Director; and Jen Healy, Secretary. The Eastwood Homeowners' Association Board holds a three year term for its members. If you are interested in a seat on the board, contact any of the current board members. The Eastwood HOA holds an annual meeting and social each spring. The annual dues are $350 and are due on June 1st. Eastwood has two committees social and garden in which residents have the opportunity to participate.

EventsEastwood Social entertains a lively calendar of events. In the summer, residents delight in the annual block party and weekly driveway get togethers. Each fall, residents enjoy a chili cook-off and a post trick-or-treating party. The winter brings the annual progressive dinner and each spring is welcomed by the Eastwood Egg Hunt.
